Gli
After Forever sono stati una
band olandese di genere
symphonic metal. Il nome deriva dall'omonima traccia, la seconda, presente in
Master of Reality, terzo album dei
Black Sabbath. La
band, formatasi nel 1995 come
doom metal, virò verso il
symphonic con l'ingresso della cantante che restò con loro fino allo scioglimento avvenuto nel 2009:
Floor Jansen, la stessa che attualmente è la voce dei
Nightwish.

album della
band,
After Forever, che già nel titolo sembra una celebrazione della carriera della
band stessa.
